RaceCTRL is the professional race control and championship management platform built for karting — incidents, flags, weigh-ins, timing, video and penalties, all in one place.
Log, review and resolve incidents in real time, with a clear audit trail from report to decision.
Send and track flags across every marshal post, instantly and reliably.
Driver and kart weights synced automatically — no clipboards, no errors.
Connects to your existing timing system for live laps and session data.
Every incident clipped automatically, with logo, session, lap and kart numbers burned in.
Reported from the post, tallied per kart, with a clean penalty workflow built for stewards.
Radio, LED flag panels and NVR cameras, integrated out of the box.
An incident is captured live on track.
Stewards review it in race control, with video on hand.
The footage is generated automatically, overlaid and ready.
The penalty is confirmed and reported — always steward-led, never automatic.
RaceCTRL works with the timing, cameras, radio and flag systems you already run — no rip-and-replace.
Built and proven in live championship operation with RMC Portugal — round after round, session after session.
What circuits and championship organisers ask us before they run RaceCTRL for the first time.
RaceCTRL is a professional race control and championship management platform built for karting. It brings incidents, flags, weigh-ins, timing, video and penalties into one system that plugs into the timing, cameras, radio and flag hardware your circuit already runs.
No. RaceCTRL integrates with the timing system already installed at your circuit and uses its live lap and session data. The same applies to your cameras, radio and flag panels — the design principle is integration, not rip-and-replace.
No. Detection and evidence gathering are automated, but the decision is always made by a steward and recorded as a human decision. Reporting an incident to the college of stewards is a deliberate action, never an automatic consequence.
When an incident is registered, RaceCTRL identifies the cameras covering that part of the circuit, pulls the footage around the incident from your NVR, and generates a clip with the championship logo, session, lap and kart numbers burned in — ready for the stewards to review.
The marshal at the post registers the infraction the moment they see it, and it reaches race control instantly — no radio call, no paper slip, no transcription. RaceCTRL keeps a running tally per kart across the session, and when a kart reaches the threshold the incident enters the steward penalty workflow with the accumulated record attached.
Weights are read directly from the electronic scale and matched to the driver and session automatically. Minimum weights are configured per category, and anything outside tolerance is flagged for the scrutineer rather than silently passed.
Race radio, LED flag panels at marshal posts, NVR camera systems, timing systems and electronic scales for weigh-ins.
It is built for karting and proven in live karting championship operation. The underlying model — sessions, incidents, flags, evidence, penalties — applies to other closed-circuit motorsport disciplines too.
